Edgebrook Sauganash Athletic Association offers baseball, softball, and T-ball. The program includes organized drafts, practices, games, and special event days throughout its 2026 season.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: The 2026 season includes registration starting January 1, drafts in March, practices starting April 15, opening days on April 27 and May 4 for T-ball, picture day on May 16, and an end-of-year picnic with championship games on June 27.
Since the early 1960s, Edgebrook Sauganash Athletic Association has operated as a league and community organization. For the 2026 season, over 1,000 players and their families are expected to participate. The organization is led by an ESAA President and an ESAA Board of Directors. Its stated mission emphasizes three F’s: FUN, FRIENDSHIP, and FUNDAMENTALS. ESAA notes that it brings together families on the northwest side of Chicago and thanks sponsors, coaches, assistant coaches, and volunteers for their dedication. The 2026 calendar also includes partnership events with DICK's Sporting Goods that offer 20% off at the Niles location on specified dates.
