McFetridge Sports Center Youth Programs

McFetridge Sports Center Programs include a wide range of activities such as Chicago Skates Synchronized Skating, hockey, Learn to Skate, public skate, rat hockey, stick & puck, adult league, Chicago River Dogs, ice skating, freestyle ice, private lessons, and an ice show. The programs also offer tennis, junior team tennis, rating clinics, pickleball, tai chi, dance, and dance party options. Skating in this organization is based on fun and learning.

The synchronized skating program has over 30 years of tradition in a team sport that builds character, cooperation, commitment, as well as skating skills. The facility leadership team includes Sara Hilby (Facility Manager), Jenny Ward (Skating Coordinator), Kevin Jurek (Hockey Coordinator), Elliott Berman (Tennis Coordinator), Tiffani Lawrence (Dance Coordinator), Kathy Murphy (Assistant Skating Coordinator), and Maureen Yasko (Assistant Wellness Coordinator).
