Oui Chef offers cooking and baking classes where kids make dishes such as Steamed Wontons, Milk Tart, English Tea, At the Beach Cupcakes, Roasted Veggie Sub with Chimichurri, Berry Crisp with Cinnamon Ice Cream, Summer Breakfast Burrito, S'more Cookies, Summer Burrata Pizza, Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie, Sunflower Bread, and Ice Cream Sundaes. The program also offers special themed sessions like a Floral Cake Decorating class and a Mother's Day, Mommy and Me Pavlova Class.

• Ages: 18 months–18 years old
• Schedule: Most classes are 75 minutes long, classes are enrolling at all times with tuition charged monthly, and the program is closed on Fridays and Sundays.

Oui Chef provides traditional and fun culinary classes for children ages 18 months to 18 years and focuses on small class sizes, individual work, and individual attention. Classes are based around a core theme to provide continuity and explore recipes from around the world, and students in class are referred to as Oui Chef sous chefs. The core curriculum is meatless, and the facility operates as a nut-free environment while noting that it cannot guarantee all ingredients come from nut-free production facilities. All caregivers must sign two liability forms per student before starting classes, and these forms are available on site or can be downloaded and completed in advance.

Chef Laura Ragano is the chef instructor and owner, and Chef Brady Braden is a chef instructor. Chef Laura graduated first in her class from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1999, then attended and graduated from The French Pastry School in 2001, later working her way up to chef instructor there under Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer and Chef Sebastien Canonne and staying with The French Pastry School for 10 years. Oui Chef was founded in 2016 by Laura Ragano, and her daughter was born in 2010. Chef Brady attended The French Pastry School in 2007, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and continued his presence at local farmers’ markets with two bakeries and a retail location until 2017.
