About the provider

Downers Grove Swim and Racquet Club was formed on February 19, 1954, and is celebrating 72 years in the community in 2026. Its mission statement describes it as a private neighborhood summer swim club with a fun, friendly, family-oriented atmosphere.

Club membership is open to the public, subject to availability. Only paid DGSRC members are eligible to participate in tennis programs. Only current DGSRC members may sign up for classes/leagues. Tennis programming takes priority of court use over open play. Tennis-only memberships will be available again for the 2026 season. For using the courts before/after pool hours, members can acquire a key to the courts for a $50 refundable deposit.
