About the provider

MAKEart Studios is led by artist and certified art educator Heather Klausa. The studio offers classes and workshops in Downers Grove and off site around the community, and students attend from across DuPage County including Elmhurst, Lisle, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Lombard, Naperville, and nearby communities including Clarendon Hills.

Classes are small group classes and are structured, but not rigid. Private lessons are by appointment and subject to studio availability. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule private lessons. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed lessons, are charged at the full lesson rate. Private lesson payments are due in cash; four-lesson sessions must be paid in full in cash at the first lesson.
