Kids United

Kids United offers a drop-in style program that includes field trips to Sky Zone, Santa’s Village, Lincoln Marsh, Chicago Sky, Wing Park Pool, Otter Cove, Kane County Cougars, Medieval Times, and Main Event. The program also includes an End of Summer Party, and participants are encouraged to take part in National Night Out parties hosted throughout the city. Daily attendance is not required, and participants may attend as often as they like as long as they are registered.

• Ages: 9–17 years old
• Schedule: Runs Monday–Thursday from June 22 to August 10, with an afternoon session for children entering grades 4–6 and an evening session for children entering grades 7–12

All participants must be registered before attending, and registration should be completed by parents or guardians. On-site registration is available, and upon successful registration, participants receive a confirmation email. Schedule changes or cancellations are sent to the email used at registration. All registrants must be entering grades 4–12 for the upcoming school year and must meet at least one requirement: residency in the City of Elgin, residency in Elgin Township, or attendance at a U-46 school. The Kids United program has reached a maximum amount of enrollments for this summer and uses a waitlist.
