Young Rembrandts offers drawing classes that include elementary drawing, cartoon drawing, preschool drawing, and themed workshops. The program uses a structured drawing curriculum with child-friendly and relevant subject matter, and students are exposed to a wide variety of subject matter, artistic concepts, art history, and mastery of their materials. Classes are built to be fun and provide a structured environment for artistic expression, with never a repeat lesson supported by more than 2,000 custom created lessons.

Young Rembrandts is an after-school enrichment program that offers drawing classes for children ages 3.5–12 and has been in business for more than 30 years. The Young Rembrandts curriculum engages both sides of the brain and is described as a form of brain-based learning that prepares young children's brains for more advanced learning and develops the whole brain. According to the program’s mission statement, children who participate in local Young Rembrandts drawing classes increase academic skills, fine motor skills, social skills, hand and eye coordination, confidence, attention to detail, visual-spatial organization skills, vocabulary, persistence, patience, discipline, manners, self-esteem, and self-confidence, and through classes they learn to follow directions, work independently, and develop problem-solving skills.
Young Rembrandts partners with local schools and community centers to bring after-school clubs and activities, and drawing lessons are available in preschools, day cares, park districts, community centers, charter schools, private elementary schools, and public elementary schools. The program serves more than 20,000 students each week and operates in seven countries: the United States, Canada, India, Taiwan, South Korea, China, and the Middle East.
