Northwestern Swim Camps

Northwestern Swim Camps offers Starts and Turns Camp 1, Starts & Turns 2, Starts & Turns 3, Technique and Training Camp 1, and Technique and Training Camp 2 for swimmers ages 10 to 18. The sessions include work on starts, turns, and underwaters, as well as elite technique and training methods. The listed prices are $450 for the Starts and Turns sessions and $750 for the Technique and Training sessions.

About the provider

The leadership team includes Northwestern University Director of Women's and Men's Swimming and Diving Rachel Stratton-Mills, US Olympian Glenn Mills, Northwestern coaches, athletes, and GoSwim.tv coaches. The mission statement says the camps focus on teaching non-negotiable skills for young swimmers and on specific skills that are honed until they are learned from the inside out. The camps use the GoSwim Swim Better app for performance data evaluation.

Northwestern Swim Camps are open to any and all swimmers ages 10 - 18. Cancellation policy: cancel outside 14 days prior to the start date for a refund of camp tuition fee, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds if cancellation is received inside 14 days of the session start date. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior are not eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, with supporting documentation from a doctor or school required. Some sessions are currently full and offering a wait list.
