About

Intercept MMA offers Foundation, Intermediate Grappling, Striking, Wrestling, Competition Grappling Class, Kids, Fight Team, Open Mat, Cardio Kickboxing, and Competition Striking for ages 5 to 18. The program schedule is a monthly curriculum that includes boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, and jiu jitsu, and it incorporates jeet kune do and its philosophies.
