Intercept MMA offers mixed martial arts training that includes boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, and jiu jitsu. The program follows a monthly curriculum that blends these disciplines and incorporates jeet kune do and its philosophies, along with principles and foundations of the fundamentals. Programs and classes are available for both kids and adults at every level and are part of a gym that is home to high level amateur and professional MMA competitors.
