Oak Park Youth Baseball & Softball offers organized baseball and softball activities. The program focuses on teaching participants the fundamentals of these games.
The stated mission of Oak Park Youth Baseball & Softball is to establish quality athletic, recreational, and competitive baseball or softball programs with an emphasis on educating participants in the fundamentals of the game while promoting the values of sportsmanship and fair play. Since 2013, players and coaches have been outfitted with jerseys and caps supplied by the Chicago White Sox, and coaches and players have also received instruction from the Chicago White Sox organization. Players and fans are described as enjoying an atmosphere of fun and fellowship.
