Village Links Junior Golf Camps and Lessons

Village Links Junior Golf Camps and Lessons offers Half Day Junior Golf Camps, All Day Junior Golf Camps, and Advanced Junior Golf Camps where juniors practice putting, chipping, full swing, full shots, and sand shots. All Day Junior Golf Camps include 9 holes of professionally supervised golf, and the Advanced Junior Golf Camp is a full-day program for experienced juniors who are ready to transition to 18-hole play. The program also offers a free Junior 9 Hole Tournament and Evening Group Lessons for Adult Beginners.

• Schedule: Single-day Half Day, All Day, and Advanced Junior Golf Camps offered on listed weekdays in summer 2026, with camp options ranging from 3-hour half-day sessions to full days ending at 3:00 PM
• Price: All Day Junior Golf Camps: $95.00 fee; Half Day Junior Golf Camps: $65.00 fee; Advanced Junior Golf Camps: $119 per student

Half Day Junior Golf Camps run from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM or 12:00 PM–3:00 PM on listed Mondays and Wednesdays from June 1, 2026 through August 12, 2026, and include unlimited range balls during each camp and a free 9 hole round for every camp attended. All Day Junior Golf Camps run from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM on listed Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from June 2, 2026 through August 14, 2026, consist of instruction at three stations throughout the day, and include unlimited range balls, lunch, and 9 holes of professionally supervised golf. The Advanced Junior Golf Camp runs 8:30 AM–3:00 PM on listed Tuesdays from June 23, 2026 through August 11, 2026, is qualification-only, and the cost includes lunch at the halfway house during the round.

Junior Golf Camps are single day packages for boys and girls ages 8 and up. Both All Day Junior Golf Camps and Half Day Junior Golf Camps are limited to the first 12 juniors to register. Enrollment for Advanced Junior Golf Camps is capped at 8 students with 1 instructor. The Junior 9 Hole Tournament is a free event open to all juniors age 18 and under, limited to the first 60 juniors to sign up, and is 9 holes of stroke play flighted by age.

Evening Group Lessons for Adult Beginners are offered in three concentrated 60-minute sessions. Each Adult Group Lesson class is limited to 6 students and costs $89 for the three-lesson series. Professional club fitting is available free of charge.

Recommended equipment for All Day Junior Golf Camps is a starter or full set of clubs, and recommended equipment for Half Day Junior Camps includes a wood, a #5 iron, a #9 iron, and a putter, with equipment provided for students who do not yet own clubs in both cases. Collared shirts are recommended, tee shirts are acceptable, and tank tops are not allowed. Campers will be outdoors, sunscreen should be applied if needed, and water bottles and hats are encouraged. Free 9 hole rounds from Half Day Junior Golf Camps may be used on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday before 2:00 PM or any day after 6:30 PM excluding holidays and must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older.

All Junior Lessons are conducted by members of the Village Links PGA Professional Staff under the direction of Mike Campbell, PGA Director of Golf, and Vince Crovetti, PGA Head Golf Professional. The Village Links of Glen Ellyn has been “Committed to Excellence in Golf Since 1967” and has hosted 48 PGA Tour and USGA events.
