Since camps run in the summer, participants are instructed to wear sunscreen and bring water, and a snack with a drink is provided daily.

One family testimonial states that their family appreciates the kindness expressed and shown by the staff and that Beverly Farm was a source of stability, familiarity, love, and care. Another testimonial notes that a staff member continues to work there because they enjoy seeing residents’ smiles and feels successful when making at least one resident’s day a little happier. Additional testimonials describe Beverly Farm as “one big family” where people assist and support individuals in reaching their goals, refer to Beverly Farm as a “godsend” that brings peace to a family, and mention that a resident’s favorite things include taking walks, working, visiting friends, and playing bingo.
