Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club offers soccer training for youth players. The program includes participation in High School soccer teams and seasonal league play with organized games and tournaments for younger age groups.

The Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club philosophy for U8–U19 emphasizes discipline, hard work, integrity, responsibility, and honesty as fundamental building blocks to success in soccer and in life. U8–U14 players have a Fall season with 8 games and a tournament, a Winter season with 8 games, and a Spring season with 8 games and a tournament. High School players train and play in their high school off-season and are not in a year-round program, and they return to their schools as team leaders with skills, tactics, confidence, and experience gained from high-caliber competition. The club states that over the years Coach Tom's players have been placed in college programs and have earned more than $1 million in scholarships thanks to their start at Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club. The club states that it believes in family first, education second, and commitment to teammates third, and that well-run elite soccer clubs can be magnets to college programs; it states that Hawthorn Woods Elite Soccer Club will be no exception and that it will prepare players and their parents for the player's future and how to navigate their continued progress.
