Finish Strong Kids offers team sports activities including basketball, flag-football, soccer, futsal leagues, and floor hockey. The program also runs basketball skills classes, basketball leagues, Schoolyard Sports classes, futsal leagues, and flag-football leagues. Children can join a summer sports camp, after school camp, day off school camp, College & Pro Camps, Tip-Off Camp, and birthday parties through Finish Strong Kids.

Schoolyard Sports classes introduce Pre-K children to sports and cooperative play. Tip-Off Camp is a co-ed program and includes fresh fruit and a hot lunch. Finish Strong Kids also offers a sister program for girls basketball called North Shore Stars.
Every coach has excelled in sports at the high-school level and some at the collegiate level. The core of the staff has worked together for nearly a decade, and the staff is described as experienced and professional, giving maximum effort and going the extra mile to make meaningful connections with all Finish Strong families. All offered programming focuses on team sports, and teamwork is always emphasized.
