Instructors at Elite Dance Academy Programs are professional or former professional dancers who have received dance degrees from universities and continue to train in the dance field, and several instructors are current performers with Chicago-based companies. The program’s mission states that it is a supportive atmosphere dedicated to fostering professionally trained students with high self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-respect, and that it is dedicated to nurturing not only exceptionally talented athletes and artists, but healthy and well-rounded individuals. One parent testimonial describes Elite as a second home for their children, notes that the staff pour their heart and soul into the studio, and states that the school is well organized and cherishes dancers of all ages and levels. The same testimonial notes that the family’s daughters have participated in the school since 2011, that the staff have consistently provided what the parent describes as top notch dance education while adapting and growing with changing times, and that Elite has become a second home for their daughter.
