High school students engage in a rigorous curriculum taught by Lake Forest Academy teachers, and a mathematics laboratory is used in Algebra 1 and Geometry for hands-on work with technology and real-world mathematical modeling. Middle school students explore a variety of topics and work on critical thinking skills while learning on campus, and middle school campers can attend both morning and afternoon sessions and receive a complimentary lunch on campus. Complimentary lunch is also provided in the Academy’s dining hall for high school students during the program, and all classes are scheduled to be held on campus with the possibility of field trips off campus.

Students enrolled in Geometry need a scientific calculator that can do trigonometry, students in Chemistry 1 need an iBook on the first day, and students in Biology 1 must have the course book by the first day of class or earlier. Registration for Lake Forest Academy Summer Academy will open in February 2026, early registration pricing is available, and courses that run will depend on enrollment numbers.
