North American Pizza & Culinary Academy Cooking Classes offers hands-on classes for home cooks and families that include pizza-making, home cooking classes, and preparing authentic pizza, pasta, and other dishes. The program also offers private events such as birthdays, outings, or celebrations with pizza-making, as well as corporate holiday events at NAPCA. In addition, it provides professional certification courses for aspiring pizzaioli and consulting services for restaurants and entrepreneurs.

The North American Pizza & Culinary Academy opened in 2018 as a state of the art facility. It was founded by Chef Anthony Iannone with the stated goal to create a place where people could learn the craft of pizza at the highest level. Chef Anthony Iannone has years of experience in professional kitchens and training in Italy. The leadership team includes Chef Anthony Iannone as Founder, Chef Daniel Czuba as Master Instructor, and Chef Steph Monti as Culinary Director.
NAPCA became the only Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli accredited school in the country and is accredited by Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, which is described as Italy’s leading professional pizza school known worldwide for its certified instructors and comprehensive training programs. The academy also offers a selection of professional and residential pizza equipment to support both commercial kitchens and at-home baking, and its gift cards have no expiration.
