Mahomet Summer Camp serves children ages 5-13. The program is held Monday-Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with early drop off starting at 8:15 AM, pre-activities at 7:30 AM, late pick up ending at 4:15 PM, and post activities from 4:15-5:30 PM.

About the provider
The leadership team includes Amy Rife, Mahomet After School Director, along with Amy Chipman, Kayla Carter, and Eddie Edwards. The mission statement says, "We will provide a summer that allows your children to stretch their imagination, gain self-confidence, and learn new skills." The program is partnering with Mahomet Parks and Rec to bring the Y Camp to Mahomet. Registration for Summer Camp 2026 opens at 6AM on 2026-03-02.
Every camper must be signed in and out each day by a parent/guardian age 18 or greater. Photo ID is required every day at pickup. Late pickup past 5:30 PM incurs a $1.00 per minute charge. The camp director may deny privileges for repeated late pickup or abuse of rules. Staff will not allow a child to leave with anyone intoxicated, under visibly apparent drug use, or who may cause immediate harm. Scholarships and CCRS may apply with approval before registering; participants approved for assistance must register with a Director.
