Flip, Flop & Fly Tumbling School offers tumbling classes that focus on movement, motor skills development, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and conditioning. Students learn basic tumbling skills and can move up to more advanced levels based on an evaluation system. Class levels include Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Sub-Novice, Novice, Intermediate, Sub-Advanced, and Advanced/Elite, and progress can lead to participation in a Competition Team or recreational improvement to any level desired.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Preschool/Kindergarten girls ages 3–5 and boys ages 4–5 meet once a week for 45 minutes, with classes offered Monday through Thursday and Saturdays; girls and boys ages 6 and up meet once a week for 1 hour, with advanced classes meeting for 1¼ hours on weekdays or Saturdays.
Maywood Fine Arts Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality arts instruction to the children of Maywood and surrounding communities. Flip, Flop & Fly Tumbling School is part of this arts instruction and provides tumbling and movement training for children in these communities.
