1st Alliance Volleyball Club offers junior volleyball through girls volleyball teams, a nationally recognized boys program called Lions Boys, and in-house co-ed developmental leagues held in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. The program also offers a nationally recognized Beach Volleyball program, along with lessons, clinics, camps, and early youth programs.

Lions Jrs. was organized in 1993, and in 2004 it joined with 2nd City VBC and Club Elite VBC to form 1st Alliance Volleyball Club. 1st Alliance Volleyball Club states that it is dedicated to developing junior volleyball players in a friendly, caring, competitive environment.
