Victory MMA Academy

Victory MMA Academy offers Kids Mixed Martial Arts for ages 4-7, Youth Mixed Martial Arts for ages 8-12, and Teens Mixed Martial Arts for ages 13-16. The classes include basic striking, grappling, agility games, and safe partner drills for kids; beginner striking, takedowns, grappling, and conditioning for youth; and striking fundamentals, grappling transitions, takedown defense, and conditioning for teens.

Programs

• Kids Mixed Martial Arts — 4-7 · Fun, high-energy introduction to movement and self-confidence. Classes blend basic striking, grappling, agility games, and safe partner drills.
• Youth Mixed Martial Arts — 8-12 · Structured way to develop athleticism, discipline, and real self-defense skills. Classes mix beginner striking, takedowns, grappling, and conditioning.
• Teens Mixed Martial Arts — 13-16 · Challenging, confidence-building outlet. Classes combine striking fundamentals, grappling transitions, takedown defense, and conditioning.
• Adult Mixed Martial Arts — Adults · Full-body workout and practical fighting skills in a welcoming environment. You’ll learn striking, clinch work, takedowns, and ground control.
• Adult Jiu Jitsu / Wrestling — Adults · Blends the control and submissions of Jiu Jitsu with the pace and pressure of wrestling.
• Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing — Adults · Intense, skill-focused workout rooted in Thailand’s “art of eight limbs.” You’ll train punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch techniques.
