About

World Champion Tae Kwon Do offers classes that include fitness, self-defense, character development, and life skills. Students take part in activities such as Poomsae, Olympic Style competition sparring, and board-breaking. The program includes a Little Tiger's Class, a Beginner’s Program, an Intermediate program, advanced level classes, a Black Belt class, and a Family Class.

• Schedule: Business hours Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm

The Little Tiger's Class is for children 4 to 5 years old and focuses on developing gross and fine motor skills, memory, attention, fitness, balance, agility, and social skills. The Beginner’s Program introduces the basic techniques of modern Taekwondo while increasing strength, flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. The Intermediate program offers different types of classes across 7 days of the week. Advanced level classes cover Poomsae, Olympic Style competition sparring, self-defense, and board-breaking. The Black Belt class is for instructors and Black Belts to meet and train with their seniors and juniors and to gain perspective on their teaching skills. The Family Class offers a total body workout, practical self-defense skills, a motivating belt system and instruction, a flexible class schedule, and a way to relieve stress.

World Champion Tae Kwon Do states that it is a martial arts school unlike any other and features programs for all ages and levels of experience that focus on fitness, self-defense, character development, and life skills. The staff is described as caring, welcoming, and helpful, and believes in traditional martial arts values such as respect, discipline, and commitment. Classes are described as safe, challenging, and fun, with a curriculum for each class and age group that is balanced with progressive and innovative methods. In the classroom, learning is described as challenging and fun, and students are taught to set achievable goals and follow through.
