GymQuest of Plainfield Camps & Clinics offers gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, and flyer-focused clinics, along with a Winter Gymnastics Camp. • Schedule: Winter Gymnastics Camp runs December 22–26, 2025 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Students in Gymnastics Level Up Clinics work with an advanced-level team coach on fundamental skills needed to move up to the next level, using targeted drills and technique correction. Tumbling Clinic athletes train with an advanced tumbling coach using personalized drills, shaping, and corrections. Cheer Clinics focus on skills, while Flyer-Focused Clinics work on balance, flexibility, and stunt technique, and Tryout Support Clinics focus on motions, jumps, sideline material, and tumbling for upcoming team tryouts. For camps that require a sack lunch or snack, families are asked to provide nut-free foods.
