Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League

Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League offers indoor soccer games in multiple formats, including 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11. The league is described as Chicago's premier indoor soccer league for U8–U19 boys and girls and hosts 800+ teams and 10,000–12,000 youth players annually. CISL offers competitive play for all levels using fields without boards and with quality indoor turf.

Founded in 2007, Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League was created with the mission to create an environment where every youth soccer player in Chicagoland has the opportunity to play in a structured, supportive setting during Chicago’s winter season. The league uses USSF certified referees and provides on-site managers, quality competition, and up-to-date scores and standings. Fall league divisions and team records are carefully considered when placing teams into brackets. The league was founded and is operated by John Niestrom, and Chicago Fire FC has acquired Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League. Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League partners with seven top quality indoor facilities and reports participation from 60+ clubs and 700–800 teams in the 2025–2026 winter season.
