Marquee Youth Stage offers private voice lessons, weekly workshops, classes, a show series with auditions, and a conservatory program. The program also includes Broadway Minis, Broadway Kids/Jr, Broadway Players, a Homeschool Performing Arts Series, summer camps, weekly sessions, and options for parties and rentals.

• Schedule: General auditions begin at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, August 25; callbacks are Thursday, August 27 from 5:45 PM–8:30 PM; rehearsals run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45 PM–8:30 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM beginning the week of September 1; tech is November 2–5 with shows November 6–8 and November 13–15 (if double cast)

Marquee Youth Stage is a nonprofit performing arts education studio established in January 2011 and incorporated and registered as a nonprofit organization in January 2011. Its mission is to broaden the reach and impact of theatre so that students of all abilities, ethnicities, skills and economic backgrounds may benefit, and to increase opportunities for theater in order to inspire creativity, support, enrich and empower youth with the skills and knowledge of how the arts can serve and influence the community at large. Marquee Youth Stage is a 501(c)3 nonprofit performing arts education studio, and MyStage is a 501(c)3 nonprofit performing arts studio.
The program’s leadership team includes Founder and Artistic Director Connie Flores, President Samantha Jens, Secretary (open), Treasurer Dawn Andry, Fundraising Chair Julia Kelly, and board members Michelle Das, Allison O'Donnell, Katerina Phillips, Donna Stockman, and Rafael Villagomez. Committees include Event Planning and Logistics led by Holly Lewis and Event Planning led by Amy Burley. With support from the community, staff, and families, Connie Flores helped lead the build-out and move efforts for an expanded new venue.
Staff credentials include Connie Flores, who graduated from Elmhurst with a B.A. in Theatre Education in 2003. Colin Bokowy has over a decade of experience playing piano and studying classical, theatrical, and contemporary voice, and studied acting and dance and trained briefly in New York City with Broadway actors and actresses. Ariel Buck Dooley is based in the Chicagoland area and is an actor, singer, vocal and dialect coach, and was the co-founder and Executive Director of Spotlight Stage, a youth theatre company based in Santa Cruz, CA, until 2014. Konnie Kay Sherry has been the Theatre Dance Instructor at Elgin Community College for 20 years, directed and choreographed for ECCMT for 17 years, is the director and choreographer for St. Charles North High School, the choreographer for Maine South and East High Schools, and has choreographed and performed in numerous shows across the country with performers including Donald O'Connor, Ben Vereen, Morgan Fairchild, Bill Hayes, Susan Seaforth Hayes, David Letterman, and the musical theatre department at UCLA.
Conservatory students are guaranteed a role in the Conservatory-exclusive production of Little Shop of Horrors, and a limited number of additional performers may be cast through general auditions based on the needs of the production. Video audition submissions are accepted on a rolling basis prior to each semester if a student is unable to audition in person, and should include a 32-bar cut, a 1-minute monologue, and a video showcasing dance ability. Tuition is prorated based on the timing of enrollment. The program states that students of all abilities, ethnicities, skills and economic backgrounds may benefit from the program and aims to influence the community at large through increased opportunities for theater.
