United Gymnastics Academy offers a range of gymnastics, tumbling, and ninja-style activities, including Preschool Gymnastics 2/3 Year Olds (Parent/Toddler), Girls Gymnastics Level 1: Foundations, Girls Gymnastics Level 2: Progressions, Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, and Ninja Squad Ninja 1 and Ninja Squad Ninja 2. The program also includes Competitive Gymnastics with Junior Olympic & Xcel, a Special Needs Program, School Year Open Gym and other Open Gym events, as well as Birthday Parties, including a ninja themed birthday party and events such as the Back 2 School Bash.

United Gymnastics Academy states that gymnastics is the cornerstone of all sports and the foundation for the beginning of an athlete’s life, and describes increases in coordination, physical agility, self confidence, listening skills, work ethic, leadership, and respect for teachers and classmates as part of its mission. UGA Tinley is currently coaching levels 3–10 of the women’s USAG program and Xcel levels bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond.
