Mighty Oak Athletic Youth Strength & Agility Training offers youth strength and agility training for ages 6–18. Sessions use barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements, and the flagship program includes unlimited sessions for one flat monthly price of $199 with no contracts and a free trial session.

- Sports Nutrition Coaching for Student Athletes — 6–18 · $199 · Includes a printed 100-page nutrition book and daily journal, four weekly coaching calls, and a plan built around the family's real life. Free for current Mighty Oak Athletic members.

About the provider
Mighty Oak Athletic was founded in 2013 and has trained thousands of student athletes since then. Coach Mike Ockrim is the founder and head coach, and he holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a published author of three books on strength, nutrition, and longevity.
Unlimited training is offered for the flagship membership. Cancel anytime. No contracts and no enrollment fees. Your first session is always free. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Shoes and phones go in the cubby during sessions.
