• Ages: 5–14 years old
The curriculum for Play-Well TEKnologies LEGO-Inspired Engineering Programs is designed by engineers and builds on the math and science skills students learn during the school year. The program has been growing future engineers since 1997. Its stated goal is for students to foster a greater appreciation of how things work and to encourage inquisitiveness, self-reliance, and self-confidence in children. Play-Well is nationwide, and families can contact an area manager to set up a camp in their area. These programs are not authorized, sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
