Bloomington Football Club

Bloomington Football Club runs summer camps where players work on juggling, dribbling, passing, shooting, team play, possession, transition, and the rules of the game. Sessions include time for learning and practicing skills through an age-specific curriculum, followed by games. Camps also include Champions League trivia, World Cup trivia, and discussions about major tournaments and professional leagues.

• Schedule: Four- and five-day morning camps with sessions from 9:00AM–12:30PM
• Price: $140–$170 per camp

Bloomington Football Club was established in 2016. Its mission states that it is a small, grassroots club from Bloomington, Indiana founded on the love of the game and the desire to build a healthy community on and off of the field. BFC Summer Camps are for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players and focus on fitness, fundamentals, and overall awareness of the game, with coaches creating lesson plans according to the ability of the group and using guided questioning and positive coaching techniques.

The Champions League Camp is a four-day camp that celebrates the men’s and women’s Champions League Finals, with coaches discussing the tournament and including Champions League trivia during breaks. The FIFA World Cup Camps are five-day camps that celebrate the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup; during the first World Cup camp there are group stage matches every day during camp, and during the second World Cup camp the World Cup round of 16 and quarterfinal matches occur, with coaches discussing the tournament and including World Cup trivia during breaks. The MLS/NWSL Camp is a five-day camp that focuses on the American professional leagues MLS and NWSL, with the goal of educating kids about the history of the leagues, the teams, the players, and the cities they represent.

Bloomington Football Club offers recreational options through BFC Academy and summer camps, and more competitive options through BFC Select/travel for players who want higher level team play and competition. BFC Select travel programming is for beginning to advanced girls and boys U7–U14. BFC is proud to collaborate with FC Pride to help create a pathway for more advanced players to experience higher level playing opportunities through ECNL, ECNL RL, and Pre-ECNL play. BFC coaches are committed to positive coaching methodology to create a safe and developmental environment for young players.
