Compass Early Learning Center offers childcare and early education for children through a whole-family model that pairs early learning with material support and economic mobility services. The program is part of Pathways, which combines high-quality early learning with individualized economic mobility support. Compass Early Learning Center provides nurturing, developmentally rich care for children from infancy through pre-K, and 90% of Compass children meet or exceed developmental milestones.
