Cutters Soccer Club offers several soccer options, including a Community Rec Soccer Program, Jr Cutters Program, Travel Programs, Spring Community Recreational Soccer, and a TOPSoccer program. The club uses a Powered by TeamSnap website to organize information and communication. All Cutters participants are expected to follow the Karst Farm Park Turf Rules provided by Monroe County Parks & Rec.

Cutters Soccer Club lists a leadership team that includes Gonzalo Sanchez as Director of Coaching, Aly Elliott as Assistant DOC, and David Megel as Jr Cutters Coordinator. The club states a mission to provide a positive environment while promoting fair play and player development for residents of Monroe County and surrounding communities, and to encourage players to develop a passion for the game and to maximize their potential. The club offers financial aid applications for Spring Community Recreational Soccer and describes itself as an inclusive club that helps underprivileged or otherwise disenfranchised community members participate in soccer programs. The Cutters TOPSoccer program is offered to organizations that support children and adults with special needs, including Down Syndrome Family Connection and Special Olympics of Monroe County. Cutters Soccer Club and SCSA reaffirm a commitment to the Alliance Eleven partnership, and the club has an affiliation with Cutters Soccer & Indy Eleven Academy. The club has a Code of Conduct for Players and Parent/Guardians and is transitioning to seasonal/grade-year age groups in Fall 2026 for both the travel and community programs.
