About the provider
Cutters Soccer Club states that it provides a positive environment while promoting fair play and player development for residents of Monroe County and surrounding communities, and it encourages players to develop a passion for the game and to maximize their potential. The Cutters TOPSoccer program is offered to organizations that provide support to children and adults with special needs, including Down Syndrome Family Connection and Special Olympics of Monroe County. It provides the opportunity to learn and play soccer and is described as helping participants become valued and successful members of their soccer community.
Cutters participants are expected to abide by the turf rules provided by Monroe County Parks & Rec. The club will transition to Seasonal/Grade-Year Age Groups in Fall 2026 for both the travel and community programs.
