Kid City Break Days is a program that takes place at the Allison-Jukebox Community Center. The Allison-Jukebox Community Center is home to Kid City Summer Camp, Kid City Break Days, and many other Parks and Recreation programs. The rooms in the facility are available for rent daily between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
• Schedule: Kid City Break Days take place over Monroe County Community School Corporation holidays and breaks.
• Price: Room Nonprofit Rate/Private Rate: Activity (Carpet) Room $45 per hour/$55 per hour; Activity (Tile) Room $45 per hour/$55 per hour; Entire building $65 per hour/$85 per hour.
The Allison-Jukebox Community Center has two large activity rooms available for hourly rentals: the “Carpet Room” with carpet flooring is approximately 880 square feet (40 x 22') and has a maximum capacity of 50 people, and the “Tile Room” with vinyl tile flooring is approximately 1,188 square feet (54' x 22') with a maximum capacity of 80 people. Ten rectangular tables and about 45 metal and plastic chairs are available for use. The facility has three designated accessible parking spaces on the west side of the building off Smith Avenue, up to 170 feet of asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalk between accessible parking and the accessible entrance on the northeast side of the building, a concrete ramp to the main entrance off Washington Street, accessible restrooms, and push button entry doors. The possession, use or consumption of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and drugs or other illegal controlled substances in the Allison-Jukebox Community Center is strictly prohibited.
