Mosaics Garden Workshops & Classes offers hands-on mosaic activities such as glass mosaic sunflower kit creation, glass mosaic wildflower garden kit creation, fun mosaic owl kit creation, rainbow mosaic butterfly kit creation, and glass mosaic sunflower (intermediate level) kit creation. The program also includes water lily beginner mosaic art kit creation, glass mosaic art frame kit creation, glass cutting skills for mosaic art, glass on glass mosaics, an intro to glass mosaics class called “Mosaics 101” or starter course, a mosaic garden pole workshop, 3D pique assiette traditional mosaic workshops, basic glass cutting skills traditional mosaic workshops, a tempered glass mosaics online course, a garden mosaic pole online course, and a tempered glass mosaic online workshop.

• Schedule: Single- and multi-session options, including a one-session Glass Cutting Skills for Mosaic Art class from 1pm to 4pm, a three-session Glass on Glass Mosaics workshop, and a two-session Mosaics 101 / Starter Course, with specific dates in January, February, March, April, and November 2025–2026.

Nancy Keating leads Mosaics Garden Workshops & Classes as a professional artist and mosaic instructor who discovered her mosaic passion over 25 years ago and has spent thousands of hours in her studio developing and perfecting her mosaic techniques and artistic style. She received intensive training at the Institute of Mosaic Art in Oakland, California, and has studied under mosaic artists Laurel True and Isaiah Zagar. She is a juried and chosen Indiana Artisan, Carmel Arts & Design Artisan, and Indiana Glass Trail Artisan.
Many at-home mosaic kits include all materials needed, and some specify no tools needed and no sharp edges. The Fun Mosaic Owl Kit and Rainbow Mosaic Butterfly kit are described as suitable for children ages 5 and up with adult supervision, with no sharp edges and no cutting required. The Water Lily Beginner Mosaic Art Kit is listed for ages 12 and up with no tools needed and no sharp edges, and the Glass Mosaic Art Frame Kit is listed as suitable for ages 12 and up and includes some sharp edges.
