Fishers Camps offers themed activities, outdoor adventures, hands-on crafts, team games, and enrichment options such as Bowling Camp, Cooking Camp, Hoosier Heights Camp, and Urban Air Camp. Campers can also take part in painting and crafting during their sessions. Fishers Art Center offers creative, week-long camps as part of the program.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Fishers Summer Camp runs June 1–July 31, 2026, with Half Day Camps from 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and Full Day Camps from 6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Price: Fishers residents get a discount on all camp locations besides the Fishers Community Center; only Fishers Community Center members receive discounted pricing on camps hosted at the Fishers Community Center; a $20 non-refundable deposit is required per child, per week at the time of registration.
Fishers Camps offers camps for Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer, with extended Full Day Camp hours beginning in 2026. Half Day camps are available for preschoolers ages 3–5, and campers are grouped by age 5–6, 7–9, and 10–12 for activities. Fishers Art Center camps offer half-day and full-day options for ages 4 to 18.
All City of Fishers camp staff are certified in CPR and First Aid, and City of Fishers Camps follow American Camp Association (ACA) guidelines for camper-to-staff ratios, including 1:5 for ages 3–4, 1:6 for ages 5–6, 1:8 for ages 7–8, and 1:10 for ages 9–14. The program’s mission is to champion a healthy, vibrant, and inclusive community through fun, recreation, and social activities. The leadership team includes Director Mike Lindbloom; Assistant Director Marion Fowler; Membership Manager Jen Mealy; Assistant Membership Manager Emily Wright; Health and Fitness Manager Jenna Hass; Assistant Health & Fitness Manager Natalie Aguilar; Aquatics Manager Paula Hardin; Assistant Aquatics Manager Garland Wilson; and Business Manager Debbie Keranova.
Families are asked to send campers with a reusable water bottle labeled with their name, a shelf-stable lunch and two snacks, sunscreen applied before camp and packed for reapplication (weather permitting), comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes, a backpack, and an extra set of clothes, with all items labeled. Fishers Camps does not provide meals or snacks. Campers are expected to wear their Fishers Camp shirt each day, along with clothes that can get messy, and may also bring a hat, sunglasses, and layers for cooler mornings.
