KruFit Kids Martial Arts includes Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Muay Thai, and a Kids Competition Team. The program offers multiple training options so children can learn basics in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and, if they choose, advance into competition training. Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on grappling fundamentals, problem-solving, and fun, while Kids Muay Thai uses kid-friendly workouts, striking fundamentals on heavy bags and pads, and games that build focus and coordination. Kids Competition Team sessions focus on sparring, strategy, and mental preparation, and can be combined with other classes for a more complete martial arts education that includes both striking and grappling.
