Indy Hoops Academy offers team league play with structured practices and weekly games, an Indy Hoops Developmental League for CYO and private school players, and a pathway for AAU athletes to compete on the Adidas 3SSB circuit. The program also runs small group sessions for grades 3 and up that focus on ball handling, form shooting, and essential fundamentals, along with multi-sport camps and basketball training camps.

Indy Hoops Academy states that it offers in-depth trainings and teams to assist young athletes in K through 12th grades develop and broaden essential skills and a love for the game, with a focus on teamwork and sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. The leadership team includes Matt Webster as head coach and owner, David Hill as program director and coach, and coaches Ralph Smith and Don Davenport. Coach David played at St. Joseph's College from 2013–2016 and was a two-time team captain, played at Marian University from 2017–2018 on one of four teams to appear in the Elite Eight, and was head varsity assistant coach at T.C. Howe in 2018–2019, finishing 17–6 with all eight seniors receiving scholarships to play basketball. Coach Ralph Smith played at Indiana University from 2010–2014, has led nationally ranked AAU teams, has taken on roles as a high school coach, and since 2014 has trained athletes from kindergarteners to professional players, both domestically and internationally. Coach Don Davenport played high school basketball at Northwest (Indianapolis) in 2006–2007, played at Ancilla College in 2007–2008, Purdue Calumet in 2008–2009, and IU Northwest from 2010–2012, and has coached 8th grade at Broad Ripple Middle School and 5th grade boys at St. Lukes.
