Mudsock Youth Athletics Basketball is part of the Mudsock Youth Athletics program, which includes boys basketball and girls basketball along with other sports. For over 35 years, Mudsock Youth Athletics has strived to promote character development, leadership and physical fitness through its programming. Mudsock Youth Athletics is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization dedicated to providing the children in the Fishers and the Hamilton Southeastern School district opportunities to participate in recreational team sports in baseball, basketball, cheer, esports, field hockey, football, lacrosse, pickleball, rugby, soccer, softball, track/cross country and volleyball. It is described as one of the largest volunteer led organizations in the state of Indiana, a community builder and leader in the youth sports industry, with the phrase “10,000 Kids. 12 leagues. 1 Community. No Offseason.”

The leadership team includes Scott Spillman, Executive Director; Beth Lawrence, Assistant Director; Christine Wyatt, Bookkeeper; Colin McCahill, Senior League Service Manager; Morgan Cooper, Operations Manager; Micci Harris, Customer Service Representative; Cheryl Evans, League Service Specialist; Dava Brown, Volunteer Service Coordinator; and board members Rob Emmerson, President; Alyssa Anderson, Vice President; Aaron Brattain, Treasurer; Ryan Tolle, Secretary; William Knox, At-Large/Executive Committee; Sheri Acquisto, At-Large; Alison Gatz, At-Large; John Hoffman, At-Large; Mike Johnson, At-Large. Sport-specific leaders include Matt Redshaw for Baseball; Jason Callahan for Boys Basketball; Beth Duncan for Girls Basketball; Kris Kleinbub for Football/Cheerleading; Anthony Gillick for Field Hockey; Scott Thomas for Boys Lacrosse; John LaBlonde for Girls Lacrosse; Justin Mack for Rugby; Mark McPheron for Soccer; Stacia Shockley for Softball; Chad Canterbury for Track/Cross Country; Andi Whitican for Volleyball; Meghan Kaplan for Pickleball; and Jessica Vergara for esports.
