Its mission is to enable young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens through quality programming that focuses on education, the arts, technology, health, and physical fitness in a safe and positive environment. Cub Care Director Susan Sahm and Athletic Director Austin Clark are listed on the leadership team.

No experience is needed for the volleyball league. The Cub Care program is charged on a per-use basis after a $25/child registration fee. BGCJC does not turn anyone away for inability to pay; reduced fees may be available if funding is available.

What families say

“Cub Care has been a life saver for before and after school care, especially for Wednesday early release days! We really love the flexibility and the affordability and I know my kids are getting to hang out with their friends and have someone to help them knock out their homework, and get burn some energy before the come home! They especially love the extra time on the playground and the gym!” — Jane F.

“Love the after school program at Webb. My kids enjoy going and get upset on the days they aren’t there or wish they were there longer.” — Tabatha R.

“So far our experience with the boys and girls club has been good. With being new guardians and needing help with care - Cub Care has been a great help. The staff is good at keeping us updated” — Amanda S.
