Chris Howe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Kids Jiu-Jitsu offers Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes that include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Competition Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Self Defense, and Bullyproof classes. The program includes a bullyproof program for beginners that teaches anti-bullying strategies and the fundamentals of self-defense. Children in the program take part in Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes that are described as Carmel's best Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes and Indianapolis's favorite Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes.

The Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is focused on cultivating strong values in students and giving them tools for lifelong success. It is described as offering children from around Indianapolis, Zionsville, and Westfield the chance to learn important life skills and cultivate strong values, and as Zionsville's only Black Belt World Champion program. The program places emphasis on goal-setting, discipline, teamwork, leadership, focus, and listening skills, and gives children the chance to meet new friends and connect with mentors. Chris Howe is a 10 time No-Gi World Champion and is currently ranked by the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation, and the leadership team includes Chris Howe, Justin, Duane, Ernie, Justin Wilson, and Jack. A free trial week is also available for adults.
