Circle City Futbol Club offers recreational soccer, academy soccer, and travel soccer, including mixed gender recreational soccer programs. Circle City Futbol Club is a not for profit youth soccer organization in Franklin Township that is all-volunteer run and volunteer-led. It was established in 1994, originally named Franklin Township Soccer Club, and is located on the southeast side of Indianapolis in Franklin Township. It is the 8th largest youth soccer program in Indiana and the second largest completely volunteer-run, non-profit youth soccer organization in Indiana. The club offers mixed gender recreational soccer programs in the spring and fall for ages 18 months to 18 years old, and travel soccer requires a try-out and an invitation to join the team. The mission of Circle City Futbol Club is to provide a fun, safe and healthy environment for all soccer players, because soccer is for everyone, and it states that it values teamwork, integrity, and personal growth. The club is committed to providing leadership, training, facilities and programs to its members, with a primary goal of fostering the mental, emotional and physical well-being of youth through soccer. It states that it strives to develop psychological and social characteristics, physical skills and fitness, good sportsmanship through a positive learning environment, and community volunteerism by providing educational programs so that parents can interact positively with youth through coaching. Circle City Futbol Club abides by the rules and regulations of the Indiana Soccer Association and U.S. Soccer.
Each season, Circle City Futbol Club hosts a canned food drive benefiting Servant’s Heart of Indy and has donated soccer uniforms and equipment to schools in its area and shared gear with organizations around the world.
