Dana Mannix Gymnastics offers Daytime Playtime, clinics, Saturday Night Out, and Trampoline & Tumbling Tryouts. Daytime Playtime is held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and is for ages 2-4 with a parent present or ages 5 and up independently. Clinics include Cartwheel & Kickover Clinics, Back Handspring Clinics, Advanced Tumbling Clinics, and Rec Team Routine Clinics. Saturday Night Out includes gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, trampolines, games, music, pizza, and a movie. Trampoline & Tumbling Tryouts are for ages 6-16 and are scheduled for July 25 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

- Daytime Playtime — 2-4 with parent present; 5+ may participate independently · 1:00PM–3:00PM · $25
- Clinics — 5 & up · Includes Cartwheel & Kickover Clinics, Back Handspring Clinics, Advanced Tumbling Clinics, and Rec Team Routine Clinics. Pre-registration is recommended.
- Saturday Night Out — 5 & up · Action-packed evening with gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, trampolines, games, music, pizza, and a movie; supervised by experienced staff.
- Trampoline & Tumbling Tryouts — 6-16 · July 25, 2:00–3:30 PM · $25 · Athletes are evaluated to help determine the best fit for their skills and goals. No previous competitive experience is required.

About the provider
Dana Mannix Gymnastics Center was first incorporated on March 1, 1993. Its mission statement is to serve and enhance each person it has the opportunity to serve physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
DMGC is closed for regular classes Saturday, September 5 and Monday, September 7, but Labor Day Camp and Daytime Playtime will still be held Monday. Saturday Night Out includes pizza and a PG-rated movie. Ages 2-4 in Daytime Playtime require a parent to remain in the gym at all times; ages 5+ may participate independently without a parent in the gym.
