Students are expected to follow a dress code for classes, with separate dress code details provided by the studio. Costumes for the Spring Performance are ordered in December, with measurements taken in November and 2 inches added to younger students’ measurements to allow for growth; costumes are not custom-made and may require alterations such as hemming pants or attaching accessories. Costumes must be cared for as instructed, and there are no refunds on costumes even if a student withdraws. Students can schedule make-up classes for missed classes within one month, and make-up classes may be taken in any age- and level-appropriate class.
Dance Creations Academy applies a 2.89% fee on every transaction paid using a credit card, which is not applied to debit cards and bank accounts. The studio reserves the right to terminate lessons of any student for any reason. Parents, legal guardians, students, and adult students waive the right to legal action for any injury sustained resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted before, during, or after class time on Dance Creations Academy property or at any performance venues.
