Elevate THREE Basketball Training (E3BT) offers small group basketball training that includes ball handling, footwork, body positioning, and shooting mechanics as part of its Complete Player Skills Development Program. The program includes kids, intermediate, elite, advanced, and performance training that focuses on speed, mobility, strength, agility, explosive power, and fitness and wellness. Training uses targeted methods with proprietary training tools, instant feedback monitors, and the I’M Possible Checklist Training System, with all drills appropriate for players from beginner to advanced levels.

The program states a mission of being a family-focused basketball program for youth development and offers a Complete Player Skills Development Program to players of all levels in small group settings. Skill specialists use innovative, targeted training tools to identify each player’s weaknesses, hold athletes accountable during every session, and use instant feedback and detailed on-screen breakdowns to reinforce skill acquisition within a safe and supportive environment. The Positive Reinforcement Approach emphasizes that failure is an essential part of learning and mastery of new skills on and off the court, with an approach grounded in leadership in partnership with parents. The skill lab serves athletes of all ages in Indianapolis, Carmel, and Zionsville, Indiana, and advertises a first week free offer and a free training session offer.
