About
First Baptist Athletics Soccer Leagues are part of the broader First Baptist Athletics youth sports program, which also includes baseball, softball, basketball, flag football, volleyball, and pickleball. The soccer leagues take place at a facility that features multiple sports spaces, including fields and an on-site gym that support these different activities.

Since 1968, First Baptist Athletics has offered families in the Indianapolis area a youth sports program with an educational emphasis on athletics and respect. FBA’s philosophy is to provide a safe environment that will encourage participation and learning fundamentals. The original name, Church and Community Athletics (CCA), reflected a vision of teaching young people and coaches how to compete without sacrificing sportsmanship and respect for others. The program provides an alternative to sports programs that emphasize winning at all costs, with a goal of showing children how to win, how to lose, and how to demonstrate good sportsmanship at the same time. Its motto, “The Place for Good Sports,” highlights a focus on teamwork and fair play, respect for others, gracious winning and losing, conflict resolution, and taking responsibility for one’s own actions.
Over 3,000 families choose to play baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, and flag football through First Baptist Athletics. The organization is described as a recognized leader in youth sports programming and child development. FBA staff are able to work with families on an individual needs basis to meet most scheduling conflicts when assigning children to teams.
