Indianapolis Suzuki Academy

Indianapolis Suzuki Academy offers weekly private lessons and regular group classes in its instrumental program. Students take part in student performance events, a listening challenge, and a practice challenge called the Leaky Bucket Practice Challenge. The program also includes special events such as a Harp Master Class with Grace Roepke and HS Violins at Musical Trails at Brookside Park.

The leadership team includes Ms. Casey Chell, Ms. Kristina Davis, and Mr. Cody Whitesell. The mission of Indianapolis Suzuki Academy is “to nurture beautiful character in every child through excellence in music.” The program notes “Thank you to our sponsors and community partners!” as part of its community involvement. One parent, Samar R., shares that “The Suzuki philosophy of ‘every child can’ is alive and well at ISA, providing my girls with wonderful lessons in self-confidence and the value of hard work. Some songs take months to complete, others take days - through it all our teacher has always been patient and nurturing, never losing faith in our girls' ability to achieve.”
