Tab Recreation offers faith-based programming, tackle football for grades 2nd–4th, basketball for grades K–6th, soccer for ages 5U–14U, Tab Rec Plus for grades 1st–12th, cheer for grades 1st–8th, and enrichment programs for ages 9–16. It also lists flag football for grades K–6th, coming in 2027.

- Tackle Football — Grades 2nd–4th
- Flag Football — Grades K–6th · Coming in 2027. In-house coed Flag Football League with games played under the lights on the Tab Turf Field. Emphasizes learning the game, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Basketball — Grades K–6th
- Soccer — 5U–14U · Fall and Spring; one practice each week; games on Saturdays · Coed soccer leagues for players ages 5U through 14U. All games are played at O'Bannon Park. Focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fostering a lifelong love of the game.
- Tab Rec Plus — Grades 1st-12th
- Cheer — Grades 1st–8th
- Enrichment Programs — Ages 9–16 · Currently includes photography opportunities for youth ages 9–16. Additional programs in arts, STEM, leadership, and other activities are coming soon.

About the provider
Tab Recreation is a nonprofit youth sports and community organization based in Indianapolis. It says it has been serving families since the 1980s and is a ministry of Tabernacle Presbyterian Church.
Programs welcome families of all backgrounds. Faith-based programming intentionally creates environments that encourage character, service, kindness, and love for others. The organization emphasizes development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and competition in a positive and structured environment.
