Brown County Community YMCA Youth Swimming takes place in a salt water pool at the Brown County Community YMCA. The program runs during a scheduled session from May 18 through June 27, 2026. Families can plan around the posted pool open hours for youth swimming during that session.
• Schedule: Session 4 runs May 18–June 27, 2026, with pool open hours Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–2:00 pm and 4:00 pm–8:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am–2:00 pm and 4:00 pm–6:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am–4:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm–4:30 pm
The Brown County Community YMCA states its mission as putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. It offers financial assistance to community members who are in need of it. It participates in the Military Outreach Initiative in partnership with the Armed Services YMCA and the Department of Defense, offering memberships to eligible military families and personnel. It also serves as an official Red Cross Emergency Shelter. The YMCA notes that full facility, full privilege YMCA members have the option to use other YMCA facilities throughout the nation at no extra cost, excluding third-party insurance-paid memberships such as Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, and Silver&Fit/Active&Fit.
