Programs at Camp Sousley Military Adventure Camp are developed and taught by ex-Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, and other prior military and law enforcement experienced individuals. The camp operates as a 501(c)(3) registered organization and is staffed 24 hours a day with security cameras and a strict code of conduct in place. Its courses are modeled after real world Army, Marine, Navy, and private military training, and recruits are not obliged to enter any form of military service after completing a course. Camp Sousley is not affiliated with any military or company and reports 18 unique courses, 150 combined cadre experience, service to 13 countries, and training for two Saudi princes.

The Cadet Airborne Jump School is a one-week course that culminates in 10,000 foot airborne jumps, and cadets must be 18 years or older to attend. A separate Cadet Sniper School is an intensive one-week summer course where participants learn sniper operational tactics, marksmanship, urban sniping, fieldcraft and stalking skills, and observation and reporting techniques. Camp Sousley’s military institute allows camp attendees to earn high school credit as a result of their attendance to a program. According to a cited testimonial, kids ages 12–18 at the Military Adventure Camp learn to shoot assault-style rifles and practice sniper skills and hand-to-hand combat.
