Elite Training Academy Sports Programs offers NFL flag football recreational and competitive leagues, tackle football, baseball, and sport specific training. The program also includes speed-strength-agility programs, InBody testing, and year-round leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, private training sessions, and special events focused on field sports such as football, lacrosse, soccer, and rugby.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Mon - Sun, by appointment only
• Price: InBody Testing: Standalone test: $40; With performance consult from Ochsner Performance Training: $60; Elite members: $25; Team packages: $20 per athlete (minimum 10).
The mission of Elite Training Academy is to positively impact the mind and body of athletes through physical training, wellness treatments and informative programs, including academic support and life skills preparation. Ochsner Performance Training is Elite Training Academy's official performance training partner.
